About Elderly

Elderly is a family-run, non-medical senior support service based in Whitby and serving families throughout Whitby, Ajax, Pickering and Oshawa.

We created Elderly to give seniors dependable companionship and practical everyday support while helping them maintain their comfort, independence and connection to the community. Our services include friendly visits, light household help, simple meal preparation, shopping and errands, medication reminders, authorized pharmacy pickups, transportation and appointment accompaniment.

We take the time to understand each client’s routine, preferences and support needs. Before services begin, we agree on the tasks, schedule, costs, safety requirements and emergency contacts. Staff complete criminal record and vulnerable sector screening, verified reference checks, and training for their assigned tasks before serving clients.

Elderly provides non-medical support only. We do not provide nursing, medication administration, personal bathing, toileting, dressing, heavy cleaning, lifting or weight-bearing transfers.

Our goal is simple: to provide a trusted helping hand and friendly company when seniors and their families need it.
